If the need to cancel or reschedule arises, please give notice as soon as possible in order to reschedule the session.

All cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled slot will be charged in full.

Times are allocated strictly. Sessions begin and end at set times. Sessions that start late due to clients arriving late will end at the appointed time and be charged at the full price. Please be respectful as not to run into the next clients time. Robyn will let you know if she would like to have warmed up already or not by your start time.

If Robyn needs to reschedule a session, she will provide 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. In the event of an emergency and she cannot provide timely notice, she will provide a 10% discount for the next session, should the client choose to reschedule that session.

WEATHER: Participants should assume that the session is going ahead as planned. In the case of serious adverse weather, cancelled lessons due to rain / lightening / unrideable arenas may be charged at 50%. We will contact you to rearrange a suitable date & time IF there is an opportunity to catch-up.
