If the need to cancel or reschedule arises, please give notice as soon as possible to reschedule the session.

All cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled slot will be charged in full.

Times are allocated strictly. Sessions begin and end at set times. Sessions that start late due to clients arriving late will end at the appointed time and be charged at the full price.

If Robyn Moolman needs to reschedule a session, she will provide 48 hours notice whenever possible. In the event of an emergency and she cannot provide timely notice, she will provide a 10% discount for the next session, should the client choose to reschedule that session.
